Overhead Day- we will start with a complex of power snatch above the knee + overhead squat + snatch above the knee. Conditioning will be kb snatches, single arm squats, and ring dips or push ups


I am hosting a happy hour at the studio from 6-9pm tonight. There will be lots of wine, cheese, meat, and veggies. All are welcome, feel free to bring friends/family (everyone needs to be vaccinated). Hope to see you there!!!
