Single Leg/Hinge/Gymnastics Day- this is the final day of shrimp squats before we move on to working on actual pistols. Strength/skill work will be shrimp squats and crow hold or crow to plank depending on abilities. Conditioning will be a partner AMRAP of suitcase step-ups, suitcase lunges, and dual kb deadlifts
