7am, 8am, 9am: Kettlebells. We will be spending a lot of time on snatch technique work. Then a less technical conditioning piece. Bring your mat/towel and wrist guards.
12pm: Playground. You will do neutral grip pull ups, tempo dips, and pistols for strength. Conditioning will be a spicy combo of push ups, jumping lunges, T2B, and squat jumps.
