7, 8, 9am: Kettlebells. Strength will be Romanian deadlifts and rotational thrusters. Conditioning will be a single arm deadlift, single arm swing combo. Bring your wrist guards.
12pm: Playground. Elevator pull ups and elevator dips for part A. Then an interval workout of sprinters lunge jumps, ring rows, bar dips, and forearm planks. Bring your gloves and a mat/towel.
