Back Squat Cycle Day 6- we will start with a 6 min AMRAP of 3 wall facing handstand push-ups, 4 strict pull-ups, and 5 goblet squats. Back squats will be 5x5 slightly heavier than 4/25/22. Conditioning will be wall balls, push-ups, and jumping lunges
