Wednesday, December 23rd Outdoor Class
8am: kettlebells. We will be doing a lot of overhead- snatches, pressing, windmills, and overhead reverse lunges. Bring gloves and your wrist guards.
12pm: playground. We will do elevator pull ups, cross climbers, banded pressing in squat, push up holds, strict hanging knee raises, and shrimps. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.
