6am-12pm: Open gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for those of you signed up

12pm: PUMP day! You have a tough day- supersets of dual db bench press, chest flies, and push-ups. Then supersets of Pendlay rows, ring rows, and rear delt flies. Then a superset of bicep curl static hold and bicep curls. Finally a superset of dual db tricep kickbacks and skull crushers
