6am-12pm: Open Gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for those of you signed up

12pm: PUMP day! You have an AMRAP of bench press, strict pull-ups, and dual db strict press. Then a superset of farmers/waiters static hold and lateral raises. You will finish with iso curls and bench supported tricep kickbacks
