12pm: PUMP day! Since I'm sure everyone is sore from Monday, this will be more shoulder/ab focused. You have seated snatch grip press, lateral raises, rear delt flies, farmers/waiters static holds, hollow rocks, weighted forearm planks, and weighted hanging knee raises
