Olympic Lifting- class times are at 9:30am, 11:30am, and 12:30pm. We will do doing snatches this week focusing on the first pull. You have muscle snatch from above the knee, segmented snatch deadlift + snatch above the knee, and pause snatch above the knee + snatch
