Olympic Lifting- focus will be on the clean and jerk this week. We have been doing a lot of technique work, so today I will give you a chance to just lift and see if any of it has transferred. Primers will be muscle clean + front squat + push jerk in split. You then have a 10 minute EMOM of power clean + front squat + jerk, then a 10 min EMOM of clean + jerk. We will finish with clean pulls, pausing in extension
