Shrimp Jicama Wrap "Tacos"


80g frozen, pre-cooked shrimp

50g avocado, cubed

2/3 cup frozen corn

Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning

3 Trader Joe's jicama wraps

Salsa of your choice

Pickled red onions (optional)


Whatever else you like to add!


  1. Put shrimp in a strainer and run cool water over for about 2 min

  2. Put frozen corn in a non stick skillet and cook over medium heat until starting to brown

  3. While corn is cooking, chop up avocado, tomatoes, and onion

  4. Add shrimp to the skillet with corn, season with chili lime, and cook until shrimp is warmed through

  5. Assemble your tacos! Top with salsa or whatever else you like
