Shrimp and Avocado Chile Lime Salad


4 oz raw shrimp

50g avocado

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

1/4 of a red onion

1 Tbsp Trader Joe's chile lime seasoning

1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

Juice from 1 lime

1 oz tortilla chips


  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Dice into small pieces

  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Spray thoroughly with cooking spray and add the shrimp. Cook for 1 minute, then flip the shrimp and cook another minute. Remove from heat

  3. Dice avocado, onion, and tomatoes and put in a bowl. Add the shrimp and mix in the chile lime seasoning, cilantro, and lime juice

  4. Serve salad with tortilla chips
