Saturday, February 13th Studio Sessions

Chelsea Park is still covered in snow, so ALL CLASSES WILL BE IN THE STUDIO. Text me at 917.499.3062 if you can't find it or need the address.

9am, 10am, 11am- speed, agility, quickness. We will do a combo of speed ladder, hurdles, and jumping skill work

1:30pm- Olympic lifting. Snatches from 12" blocks

2:30pm- Mobility/stability. Full body stretching and movement correctives for the shoulders.
