Pretzel Crusted Chicken


3 lbs thin sliced chicken breast

1 cup egg whites

2 7oz packages Pretzel Crisps


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line two baking sheets with foil

  2. Put pretzels in a food processor and pulse until you have medium size crumbs. Move to a large bowl

  3. Pour egg whites into a shallow dish

  4. Dip chicken in egg whites, then pretzels. Make sure each piece of chicken is fully covered with pretzel crumbs

  5. Put chicken on baking sheets and put in the oven for 15 minutes

  6. Divide into 12 portions. Put in Tupperware and refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months

  7. Serve with whatever dipping sauce you like- I use mustard or hot sauce
