Pan Seared Salmon With Multigrain Blend


4 oz salmon

Salt and Pepper

140g Trader Joe's Multigrain Blend With Vegetables

2 Tbsp Trader Joe's Green Goddess Dressing

Lemon Wedges


  1. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Spray generously with cooking spray

  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Put it in the pan skin side down and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes

  3. While salmon is cooking, put the grains in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 2 minutes

  4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes, undisturbed

  5. Put everything on a plate. Top the salmon with dressing and a squeeze of lemon
