Palmini and Meatballs


1 can palmini (hearts of palm linguini)

1/2 cup pasta sauce of your choice (I used Trader Joe's spicy chunky tomato and pepper)

2 Trader Joe's Turkey Meatballs

2 Tbsp/10g parmesan cheese


  1. Drain and rinse the palmini

  2. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the palmini and sauce. Heat until warmed through

  3. Microwave the meatballs on high for 1-2 minutes

  4. Put pasta on a plate. Top with meatballs and parmesan
