Due to President's Day, there will be NO 6AM CLASS TODAY. The rest of the day is normal schedule.

Overhead Day- you will do push jerk doubles on a 90 sec interval. Conditioning will be strength/muscular endurance based. You have farmers/waiters walk, push-ups or ring dips, and forearm plank
