Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread


1 Trader Joe's cauliflower pizza crust

28g hummus

1 1/2 oz Trader Joe's grilled chicken, diced

1 Tbsp red onion, diced

1 Tbsp roasted red pepper, diced

1 Tbsp pickled pepperoncinis

1 Tbsp artichoke heart, diced

28g Trader Joe's crumbled feta with Mediterranean herbs


  1. Turn on oven broiler and line with foil

  2. Spread hummus on the cauliflower crust. Top with the onion, red pepper, pepperoncini, artichoke, chicken, and feta

  3. Put flatbread in the broiler and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from broiler, plate, and eat
