Meatloaf


Ingredients:

2 lbs 96% lean ground beef

1 yellow onion, diced

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farms Herb Seasoned Classic Stuffing Mix (do NOT sub this out with a different brand or with bread crumbs)

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 Tbsp A1 sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients. Fold together with your hands until combined, but do not over mix

  3. Place meat mixture in a 9"x13" casserole dish and form into a loaf. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degree

  4. Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes. Cut into 8 even pieces. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or the freezer for up to 3 months
