Macro Friendly Mac and Cheese


1 package Banza Mac and Cheese

1 package steam in bag broccoli

1/4 cup fat free milk


  1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for about 6 minutes or to desired texture

  2. While pasta is cooking, microwave broccoli in bag for 3 minutes. Remove and chop half of it into small pieces. Put remaining broccoli in Tupperware and refrigerate up to 3 days

  3. When pasta is done, strain and return to pot. Stir in cheese packet, milk, and broccoli

  4. Plate half of the mac and cheese. Put remaining half in Tupperware and refrigerate up to 3 days
