Grilled Turkey and Cheese Sandwich With Fall Soup


2 Trader Joe's Cauliflower Thins

Dijon Mustard

2 oz Roasted Turkey

1 slice light swiss cheese


1 cup Trader Joe's Autumnal Harvest Soup


  1. Heat a non stick skillet over medium high heat

  2. Spread mustard on cauliflower thins. Put cheese, turkey, and arugula on one thin. Top with the second thin

  3. Put sandwich in skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side

  4. While sandwich is cooking, put one cup of soup in a microwave safe dish. Heat for about 2 minutes or until hot

  5. Remove sandwich from skillet. Cut in half, and serve with the soup
