Friday, November 27th Outdoor Class

Sara Carr Fitness

Endurance classes are only at 8am and 12pm, there is no 7am or 9am. I will be bringing some plates and med balls so get ready for running, plate G2O, and ball slams. Bring a mat/towel and wear running shoes.
