Friday, January 22nd Outdoor Class

Sara Carr Fitness

Endurance day- we will start with a gymnastics based warm up and a little bit of handstand practice. Then your workout will be with a partner- running, speed skaters, lunges, shrimp squats, star jumps, jumping jacks, and no push up burpees. Bring a mat/towel and gloves.
