Egg White Breakfast Bake


Ingredients:

1 container reduced fat Crescent rolls

1 cup crumbled goat cheese

1 bell pepper, diced

1 onion, diced

32 oz liquid egg whites

Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray. Lay the Crescent roll dough on the bottom of the pan

  3. Evenly spread the goat cheese, pepper, and onion on the dough. Pour the egg whites on top and season with salt and pepper

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until eggs are set and dough is lightly browned

  5. Let cool and cut into 8 pieces. Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months
