Cheeseburger With Root Vegetable Fries

*You need an air fryer for this one. If you don't have an air fryer, you can roast the fries in the oven, but it will take longer than 10 minutes.

87g Trader Joe's Root Vegetable Fries

4 Ground beef patties (I used 96% lean)

1 Slice light swiss cheese

Romaine hearts

Your choice of toppings- I used ketchup, mustard, pickles, and tomato

  1. Turn the broiler on in your oven and line broiler pan with aluminum foil

  2. Put the fries in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 390 degrees

  3. While the fries are cooking, put the burgers in the broiler and cook for 3 minutes. Flip them over and cook for another 3 minutes. Add cheese to one of the patties and cook for another 30 sec

  4. Put the cheeseburger on two pieces of romaine and add whatever toppings you like. Save the other three patties in the fridge for up to 5 days

  5. Remove fries from air fryer and add to your plate
