Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Potato


12 oz potato

1 Tbsp Frank's Wing Sauce

3 oz grilled chicken

1 oz crumbled blue cheese


  1. Turn your oven broiler on and line with foil

  2. Pierce the potato with a fork. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, or until cooked through

  3. While the potato is cooking, dice the chicken and toss with wing sauce

  4. Remove potato from microwave. Cut in half and set one aside for another meal

  5. Scoop out some of the flesh of the potato. Put the buffalo chicken into the potato and top with blue cheese

  6. Put the filled potato in the broiler for 1 minute. Remove and add any other toppings you like
