Blackened Shrimp Tacos With Mango Salsa


Ingredients:

100g mango

1/4 red bell pepper

1/4 small red onion

1/2 jalapeno

Salt

Lime

100g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Seafood Magic Seasoning Blend

2 corn tortillas

Directions:

  1. Dice mango, bell pepper, onion, and jalapeno. Put in a small bowl and mix in juice from 1/2 of the lime and salt to taste

  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat

  3. Coat shrimp in seasoning blend on all sides. Add to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through

  4. While shrimp is cooking, warm tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat

  5. Move tortillas to a plate. Top with shrimp, mango salsa, and a squeeze of lime
