Studio Sessions

These are held at a studio in Chelsea.  They are capped at 5 people and masks are required.

We do a mixture of strength and conditioning using barbells, squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and bodyweight exercises.

Outdoor Classes

These are held on Saturdays at Chelsea Park (weather permitting) and are capped at 10 people.  They are labeled as "Speed, Agility, Quickness". 

 

We do a mixture of speed ladder, low hurdles, sprint mechanics, and cone drills.  

Mobility/Stability

These are Pilates based sessions held at a studio in Chelsea.  They are capped at 5 people and masks are required. 

I consider this an injury prevention session.  We do a little bit of mobility, then some stability and movement correctives. Current schedule is Wednesdays at 1pm and Saturdays at 2:30pm.  

Open Gym

Do your own thing!  You can make up a workout that you missed, or I will provide optional programming, or you can just do something else.  I will be supervising for injury prevention.  Current schedule:

M/W/F: 9am-12pm

Tue/Thu: 6am-12pm
