Outdoor Classes

Outdoor classes are held at Chelsea Park track (28th st between 9th and 10th ave).  Cost is $25 per class.  

We do a mixture of speed/agility work, running/sprint mechanics, and bodyweight movements.  The only equipment we use are speed ladders, low 9" hurdles, cones, and jump ropes.  

Classes are capped at 9 people to allow for social distancing and plenty of individual attention.  No sharing equipment and nothing that requires you to be closer than 6 feet to another person.  

I suggest bringing a yoga mat or towel and gloves to each session.  Information for each class (programming/weather cancellations) can be found on my blog.
