Hinge/Single Leg/Gymnastics Day- this will be the end of your current deadlift cycle. You will start with gymnastics skill work of pistols/shrimp squats, ring dips, and crow hold. Then you will find a 5 rep max deadlift for the day. Conditioning will be jumping lunges!
