Wednesday, November 11th Outdoor Class

7, 8, 9am: Kettlebells. We will start with snatch skill work, focusing on overhead positioning and bringing the bell down from overhead to the back swing. Conditioning will be a partner AMRAP of thrusters and sit ups. You need a mat/towel and your wrist guards.

12pm: Playground. Elevator ring rows, archer push ups, single leg V ups, pull ups or muscle ups, push ups, and air squats. Bring your mat/towel and gloves.
