Back Squat Cycle Day 3- wall facing handstand push-ups, strict pull-ups, and goblet squats to start. Then you have a 6x6 back squat at 75% with 90 sec rest between sets. Conditioning will be box jumps, push-ups, double unders, sit-ups, and no push-up burpees
