Warm Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad


2 strips bacon, diced

5 oz shaved brussels sprouts

3 oz roast chicken

4 Tbsp Trader Joe's Spicy Cashew Dressing


  1. Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Add diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 2 minutes

  2. Add brussels sprouts to the pan and saute until soft, about 6 minutes

  3. Add chicken and dressing, toss to combine
