6am-12pm: Open Gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for those of you signed up

12pm: Pump Day! All chest and back with a slightly different format today- you will not superset any movements. You will do a 3x10 of everything with only 1 minute of rest between sets. Movements will be bench press, DB bench press, DB chest flies, bent over barbell row, ring rows, and dual KB rows
