6am-12pm: Open Gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for those of you signed up
12pm: PUMP day! We are testing 1 rep max bench press and max reps pull-ups in 1 min. Then you have alternating seated press, seated lateral raise, and dual DB overhead hold. You will finish with barbell curls and diamond push-ups
