10am- SAQ at Chelsea Park. WE WILL MEET AT THE HANDBALL COURTS. We will do cone drills and speed ladder. I have a few new fancy moves for you... wear shoes that support your ankles for lateral movement.

11:30am- Mobility/Stability at the studio. Focus is on hips/feet this week.
