10am: SAQ will be at Chelsea Park. We will spend about 30 minutes warming up and working on single leg jumping. Then we will do some speed ladder prep and finish with speed ladder relay races.
11:30am: Mobility/Stability will be in studio. We will focus on upper body/shoulders.
