Salmon Burgers


Ingredients:

1 Trader Joe's salmon burger

1/2 bag of spinach

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 of a lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp Trader Joe's tzatziki sauce


Directions:

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon burger in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes, turn and cook an additional 4 minutes

  2. While salmon is cooking, heat a separate skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and add garlic and spinach. Saute until wilted. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste

  3. Put the spinach on a plate. Top with the salmon burger and tzatziki sauce
