Hinge/Single Leg/Gymnastics Day- skill work will be pistols or shrimp squats, ring dips, and crow. Strength will be deadlifts. Conditioning will be pumpkin themed!!! You have wall balls, med ball bear hug step-ups, and med ball bear hug reverse lunges
