Back Squat Cycle Day 10- we will continue with 5x5 back squat, 3 minutes rest between sets. For those of you that did cluster sets last week, you will repeat the same weight. For those of you that made it through, you will add 5#. Conditioning will be your favorite combo of wall balls and burpees!
