Monday, August 31st Outdoor Class

Kettlebell day! We will go through kb snatch progressions. Then a strength piece focused on tempo squats and OH/front rack stability. Conditioning will be snatches and squats on an interval. I will have forearm guards and liquid chalk for you, you don't need to bring anything!
