Single leg and hinge focused day. For this cycle, our skill work will be pistols! So on your single leg/hinge day we will do pistol progressions in the warm up. Then Bulgarian split squats and tempo pull ups for strength. Conditioning will be dual kb deadlift, dual kb lunges, goblet step ups, and abs.
