Hinge/single leg/gymnastics day- week 3 of deadlifts will be 5x5 at 85%. You will superset with strict chest to bar pull-ups. Today is an all strength day so you will finish with Bulgarian split squat static holds, suitcase Bulgarian split squats, and hollow rocks
