Friday, October 9th Outdoor Class

Sara Carr Fitness

We will start with a nice long mobility sequence. Then endurance will be 5 min run followed by a 15 min interval workout with jumping movements, then a 5 min run to finish. You need your mat/towel, gloves, and shoes that are good for running.
