Back Squat Cycle Day 7- warm-up will be the same AMRAP of wall facing handstand push-ups, strict pull-ups, and goblet squats. Strength will be a 5x5 back squats. Conditioning will be two quick pieces of wall balls, plate ground to overhead, row, and box jumps
