Back squats- you have quite a bit of volume today, working up to a heavy single then doing a few drop sets. Conditioning will be a 500m row test


Weekend Schedule: Most everyone is away this weekend. If you would like to do a jumping workout, you can join me at the studio on Saturday at 10am. Mike will be leading the session. There will be no other classes on Saturday and the studio will be closed on Sunday, July 4th.
