Bun-less Burger With Beans and Veggies


Ingredients:

1 cup chopped broccoli and cauliflower

Salt Pepper

Garlic powder

1 85% lean beef burger patty

1/2 cup A Dozen Cousins Mexican Cowboy Pinto Beans (TJ's product!)

Trader Joe's dill pickle mustard

Directions:

  1. Turn oven broiler on and line with foil

  2. Spray broccoli and cauliflower with a little cooking spray. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Put in air fryer at 400 degrees for 7 minutes

  3. Put burger in the broiler and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Move to a plate and top with mustard

  4. Microwave beans on high for 60 seconds. Move to plate

  5. Add vegetables to the plate and enjoy
